Red Bean Pancakes 豆沙锅饼 - Take 3


I decided to make Red Bean Pancakes for breakfast today, since I had about 50-60g of red bean paste left after making some Red Bean Buns.

This is my third go at it.

And well, I've accepted the fact that I can't get the skin to crisp because I'm not deep frying it.

If I just pretend it's a normal pancake or thick crepes, I think it's absolutely ok! :D

1/4 of the recipe gave me one little pancake.

The lone pancake. I added egg glaze on the seams and heated it so it wouldn't open up. That works! :)
